As RN Operating Room Manager, you will be an integral component of this 250 bed hospital that prides itself in providing innovative and state of the art patient care. Supported by an experienced Perioperative team, the RN Operating Room Manager will have the support to exceed the goals of the department and keep the operating room functioning on all cylinders. The RN Operating Room Manager will report to the Director of Surgical Services to keep them informed, and will collaborate with them on unit initiatives.
As the Nurse Manager Operating Room, you will be accountable for overseeing clinical and administrative operations, ensuring that your staff and department are operating efficiently, and making sure that each patient is treated with the highest level of care possible. The Nurse Manager Operating Room will be an experienced nurse with prior OR experience. Individuals with 2 years of Surgical Service Management/Leadership experience will earn quick interviews.
